Aa ab laut chalen' is the potrayal of Rohan and Pooja's life which has numerous ups and downs. Having an education but still being unemployed is a great problem which many of the youth around the world face. Rohan is also in this phase and doesnt exactly know what to do. He takes inspiration from his neighbour Ranjit, and decides to go to America to pursue his dreams. In america Rohan is not able to get help from his friends but makes new friends including Pooja. Soon Pooja takes a liking for him, but Rohan has his focus set on career goals. He then meets Loveleen an Indian girl brought up in America, who he sees as the golden oppurtunity he has been looking for in his career success. Rohan leaves Pooja for Loveleen, and she is heartbroken. Devastated, she goes off to work for Mr. Bajaj Khanna who instantly takes a liking towards her for his son Karan.
