3. Matcha Green Tea Smoothie

 

You Will Need – 375 ml light coconut milk, 250ml milk, 2 bananas, 245 g pineapple chunks, 40 g spinach or kale leaves, 80 g dates, 30 g hemp seeds, 7 g matcha powder.

Instructions – Blend all the ingredients into a smooth, thick form, and garnish with coconut flakes.

4. Peanut Butter & Banana Smoothie

 

You Will Need – 2 peeled bananas, 30 g peanut butter, 30 g raw spinach, 375 ml almond milk.

Instructions – Mix all the ingredients thoroughly in a blender and serve.

5. Green Ginger Smoothie

 

You Will Need – 80 g spinach, 1 chopped apple, 180 ml coconut water, 60 ml fresh lemon juice, 30 g hemp seeds, 45 g minced fresh ginger, 30 g raw honey, ice cubes.

Instructions – Blend all the ingredients together till the consistency is smooth and the ice is no longer chunky.
