Stress is the feeling of being under too much emotional and mental pressure. The Bhagavad Gita explains that we must perform our duties without attachments and insistence on results. We should accept every result gracefully and gratefully. The only way to attain mental peace is by giving importance to knowledge as it provides us the clarity to think and understand the reality.
