Sit comfortably with a good back support at a table or desk
Stay quiet for 3-5 minutes before use
Place your feet flat on the floor and rest your arm on a tabletop
Place the cuff on your bare upper arm one inch above the bend of your elbow
Pull the end of the cuff to fit it properly
Press the power button, the cuff will inflate and slowly deflate so that the device can record the measurement
After recording, it will display readings
