To place an order on Seniority website, please follow the instructions below:

We have attractive discounts available for senior citizens, from time to time. You can view any available discounts or offers on the home page of our website.
Upon confirmation of your order, you will receive an SMS and an e-mail to notify you about the order.
Our standard delivery time frame is 05 to 09 working days from the date of purchase and the same may vary, depending on the location. However, we try to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. You may track your order using the tracking information sent to your email id. Any delay in delivery will be notified to you.
To Add/Remove a product from your order, please follow the instructions below:
Unfortunately, after you have placed an order, you won't be able to add/remove a product to your order. However, you may cancel your order and place a new one with the preferred product(s).

Payments
Seniority is an e-commerce company selling curated products catering to the medical and lifestyle needs of senior citizens.
Seniority tries its best to offer its customers the best, lowest and competitive selling price for each product listed on our website.
The selling price for each product will be inclusive of GST and any other levies that may be required to be remitted in connection with the sale of the products
Seniority may carry out promotions from time to time. During these promotions, Seniority may provide discounts/ offers on the products by lowering the selling price. The final selling price of the product is decided by Seniority alone at its sole discretion. The maximum retail price shall always be indicated in the product information being provided by Seniority for the customers.
No. We do not have any hidden charges for our products.
Your total delivery cost is calculated by adding the “Per Shipment” cost based on the overall cart value and the “Per Product” cost.
We offer Free Delivery on purchases over Rs. 490 on most of the products.
For standard delivery – A shipping fee of Rs. 49 is applicable on orders below Rs. 490.
“Per Product” cost – Certain products may be subject to additional shipping charges irrespective of order total.

Shipping & tracking
We try our best to deliver products purchased from Seniority at your doorstep in excellent condition and as quickly as possible, in accordance to our Shipping Policy.
1. We have partnered with top-ranked courier service providers in India including Blue Dart, Xpress Bees, Ecom Express & India Post, to deliver 95% of our shipments within a period of 7 working days.
2. In the case that the product you ordered is out-of-stock, we will place your order on hold and notify you about the delivery schedule via call/e-mail/SMS. As soon as the product is back in stock, we will ship your order via our delivery partners.
We source items from a large network of merchants spread across the country. The delivery time for an item is determined by various factors such as, the location from where the item is procured, and the logistics network available at your location. Hence, the delivery dates may vary from one item to the other.
Seniority delivers PAN-India. Please enter your pin code on the product page of our website to check if we deliver the particular product to your location.
Currently, Seniority doesn't ship items outside of India. However, Seniority does allow you to make purchases for your loved ones in India from anywhere in the world by using your international credit or debit cards issued in India. You will need to ensure that the Shipping Address is in India.
Yes. Please enter details of your shipping address in the “My Address” section of your account. Alternatively, you can add a new address at the time of checkout, by clicking the “Add New Address” tab on the page.
You can edit your existing billing address in the “My Address” section of your account. However you cannot change your billing address, once you have already placed an order.
The day our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order, they will notify you via an SMS about the delivery. Additionally, our delivery partner will call you if they are unable to locate your address.
You can check the status of any order you've placed on the Your Account page.
1. For orders that haven't yet entered the shipping phase, you'll be able to check the order total, delivery address, payment method, item availability and estimated delivery date.
2. For orders that have been shipped, you will see the date and delivery method, and an estimated date of delivery.
3. You can also refer to the email and SMS sent by us to track the movement of your order.

We source our products from a large network of merchants across the country, therefore the shipping timelines and the location from where these products are shipped vary from one product to the other. Returns & exchanges
The return/exchange policy varies from one product to another. We recommend you to check the respective product description page for applicable return/exchange period/policy. However, we have:
i. 15 Days No Question Asked Return (select products only) – products should be unused with original tags, labels and packaging intact etc.
ii. Hygiene Products: No returns for products such as masks, diapers, undergarments, sanitary pads, menstrual cups, urination funnels, intimate wash, wet wipes, sanitizers etc.
iii. 3 Days exchange is available for certain products that may have size variants. The product to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in the original condition with all the tags and receipts
iv. 3 Days return in case of manufacturing defects for select products. The product you return must be unused and in original condition with all tags and receipts
v. 3 Days replacement in case of manufacturing defects for select products. The product you return must be unused and in the original condition with all the tags and receipts
vi. 10 Days exchange is available for certain products that may have size variants. The product to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in the original condition with all the tags and receipts
vii. 10 Days return in case of manufacturing defects for select products. The product you return must be unused and in original condition with all tags and receipts
viii. Certain products have a 10-Day replacement policy, only in case of manufacturing defects
ix. Products from specific brands will have the brand return/exchange/warranty policy and need to contact the brand directly.
The return period starts from the day the product is delivered to the customer.
Refunds:
We will process the refund after the product is received by Seniority, its registered or authorized personnel. Refunds will be processed based on the mode of payment of order.
i. Amount for orders paid by credit card or debit card will be refunded by the credit bank to the credit or debit card within 7-10 working days of the return process being completed.
ii. Amount for orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited to your bank account within 7-10 working days of the return process being completed; and
iii. Refunds will be made in case replacement is not possible.
In case of processing a refund for an order placed using the Cash on Delivery option, we will contact you to confirm your bank details to initiate the process. The refund will be processed in 7-8 working days from the date of approval of refund. However, if we fail to receive the bank details from you after several attempts, we will transfer the refund amount in your Seniority account as Store Credit, which you can use to shop with us in the future. In case of refund for orders placed using prepaid payment, the refund will automatically reach your bank account within 7-8 working days from the date of approval of refund.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order by clicking on the ‘My Orders’ section of your Seniority account and then select ‘Cancel Order’ against it.

In case of cancelled orders, refund for Cash on Delivery orders is processed within 7-8 working days from the date of approval. You will be contacted to provide the bank details. However, if we fail to receive the bank details from you after several attempts, the amount will be transferred to your Seniority account as Store Credit, which you can use to shop with us in the future. In case of refund for prepaid orders, the refund amount will be credited to your bank account within 7-8 working days. Effectively, it might take up to 2 weeks for completion of refund requests for cancelled orders.
