Yes, you can place an order with Seniority, even without a registered account. You may do so, by selecting the ‘Checkout as Guest’ option at the time of completing your purchase on the website.

However, as a registered member of Seniority, you are entitled to several benefits, that’ll help us deliver the best online shopping experience to you. These include:

- You do not need to enter your details like address every time you order. It is saved in My Account.

- You can track all your orders by logging in to My Account with user email id and password.

Please click on 'Login' link on the top right-hand side of the page. This will open a window where you will see a 'Forgot Password?' tab.

Provide your registered email address and we will email you instructions for getting a new password.

Note: The reset password feature is only available to registered users.

+ How do I change my account password?

To change your password, login and click on the ‘My Profile’ tab under your Account name.

Please click on the ‘Change Password’ tab under the ‘My Profile’ section of the page.

Here, you can change your password by entering your current password and the new password.

You can click on the ‘Add to wishlist’ or the ‘heart’ tab at the bottom of any product on the website to add a product to your wishlist. Using the Wishlist feature, you can save any products you like for shopping them in future.

+ What do I do if I am not able to place an order?

We have attractive discounts available for senior citizens, from time to time. You can view any available discounts or offers on the home page of our website.

+ How do I know my order is confirmed?

Upon confirmation of your order, you will receive an SMS and an e-mail to notify you about the order.

+ What is the estimated delivery time?

It takes 7-10 business days for the product to reach you, from the date of purchase. You may track your order using the tracking information we will send to your email id. In case, of any delay in delivery, we will call you to notify you about the same.

+ How can I add/ remove a product from my order?

To Add/Remove a product from your order, please follow the instructions below:

Unfortunately, after you have placed an order, you won't be able to add/remove a product to your order. However, you may cancel your order and place a new one with the preferred product(s).

To Change Address, please follow the instructions below:

Once you have placed your order, you cannot change the delivery address/phone number/e-mail id. However, you may cancel your order and place a new one with the preferred address/phone number /e-mail id.

Payments

+ What is Seniority’s pricing policy?

Seniority is an e-commerce company selling curated products catering to the medical and lifestyle needs of senior citizens.

Seniority tries its best to offer its customers the best, lowest and competitive selling price for each product listed on our website.

The selling price for each product will be inclusive of GST and any other levies that may be required to be remitted in connection with the sale of the products

Seniority may carry out promotions from time to time. During these promotions, Seniority may provide discounts/ offers on the products by lowering the selling price. The final selling price of the product is decided by Seniority alone at its sole discretion. The maximum retail price shall always be indicated in the product information being provided by Seniority for the customers.

+ Are there any hidden charges?

No. We do not have any hidden charges for our products.

+ What are the delivery charges?

We provide free delivery for all our products and do not have any delivery charges for any of our products.

+ How do I pay for my order?

Seniority offers a wide range of payment options to provide flexibility and convenience to the customer. The following payment options are currently available on Seniority :

Seniority’s website uses HyperText Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) to ensure a secure shopping experience for its customers. Our third-party payment gateway pages are 3D secure that enable you to securely use your card for online purchases.

+ What is Cash on Delivery (COD)?

If you purchase through Cash On Delivery (COD) payment option, then you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep.

+ Does Seniority accept international cards?

Yes, we accept payments made through all international debit/credit cards issued outside of India.

+ How do I know if my area is eligible for COD?

Please enter your PIN code, on the product page of the item you wish to buy, to check for eligibility of COD in your area for purchasing the item.

+ Why is COD payment not available at my location?

Cash on Delivery option is available only in selected pincodes and is subject to the discretion of our logistics partners.

+ How can I use a discount coupon for my order?

You can apply a coupon by entering promo code details on the cart page before order placement.

+ What should I do if my payment fails?

+ I have not received an OTP. What do I do?

Shipping & tracking

+ What is your shipping policy?

We try our best to deliver products purchased from Seniority at your doorstep in excellent condition and as quickly as possible, in accordance to our Shipping Policy. You can enjoy free shipping (handling) for all products on our website as we do not charge any delivery fee to customers.

1. We have partnered with top-ranked courier service providers in India including Blue Dart, Xpress Bees, Ecom Express & India Post, to deliver 95% of our shipments within a period of 7 working days.

2. In the case that the product you ordered is out-of-stock, we will place your order on hold and notify you about the delivery schedule via call/e-mail/SMS. As soon as the product is back in stock, we will ship your order via our delivery partners.

+ Why is the delivery time different for different products?

We source items from a large network of merchants spread across the country. The delivery time for an item is determined by various factors such as, the location from where the item is procured, and the logistics network available at your location. Hence, the delivery dates may vary from one item to the other.

+ Where all in India do you deliver?

Seniority delivers PAN-India. Please enter your pin code on the product page of our website to check if we deliver the particular product to your location.

+ Does Seniority ship outside India?

Currently, Seniority doesn't ship items outside of India. However, Seniority does allow you to make purchases for your loved ones in India from anywhere in the world by using your international credit or debit cards issued in India. You will need to ensure that the Shipping Address is in India.

+ Can I ship the products to an address which is different from my billing address?

Yes. Please enter details of your shipping address in the “My Address” section of your account. Alternatively, you can add a new address at the time of checkout, by clicking the “Add New Address” tab on the page.

+ How can I change my billing address?

You can edit your existing billing address in the “My Address” section of your account. However you cannot change your billing address, once you have already placed an order.

+ Will I get a call before delivery is attempted?

The day our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order, they will notify you via an SMS about the delivery. Additionally, our delivery partner will call you if they are unable to locate your address.

+ How do I track my order?

You can check the status of any order you've placed on the Your Account page.

1. For orders that haven't yet entered the shipping phase, you'll be able to check the order total, delivery address, payment method, item availability and estimated delivery date.

2. For orders that have been shipped, you will see the date and delivery method, and an estimated date of delivery.

3. You can also refer to the email and SMS sent by us to track the movement of your order.

+ I am unable to track my order. What do I do?

We source our products from a large network of merchants across the country, therefore the shipping timelines and the location from where these products are shipped vary from one product to the other. For the same reason, you may receive a partial order, in a few cases. In such cases, you can track the rest of your order using the tracking details we will send to you on email.

+ I missed the delivery of my order today. What do I do?

Returns & exchanges

+ What is Seniority's Exchange/Return policy?

Seniority’s 15-day returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on our website for any kind of manufacturing defect or damage within 15 days of receipt of the item.

1. You need to register an exchange request within 15 days of receipt of the item. We will ensure that a reverse pick up of the order is arranged for you within 48 hours. We will deliver the exchange order to you within 7 working days.

2. You need to register a return request within 15 days of receipt of the item. We would request that you don’t use the product and maintain the product’s original condition, packaging, labels, invoices and price tags.

3. In the case of processing a refund for an order paid using the Cash on delivery option, we will contact you to confirm your bank details to initiate the process. The refund will be processed in 3-5 working days from the date of approval of refund. In the case of processing a refund for an order paid using prepaid payment options, the refund will automatically reach your bank account within 7-8 working days, from the date of approval of refund.

+ I have ordered the wrong product / wrong size, by mistake. What do I do?

+ Which items can I exchange?

You can exchange all products except personal hygiene products.

All exchange orders will require a minimum of 7 working days to be processed, subject to availability of the product(s) in stock.

No, the entire order amount paid will be refunded back to you without any deductions.

+ I have placed a request for return/exchange, but no one has contacted me yet. What do I do?

Our team will get in touch with you within 48 hours of placing the return/exchange request.

We do not have any product demos available on our website, however we do have an Experience Zone (Store) in Pune. You may visit the store to see and experience the products available before you buy them.

Seniority tries its best to offer its customers competitive prices for each product listed on their website. We do our best to bring great products at great prices for you.

+ How do I know the warranty of the product?

+ How do I cancel my order if it has not been shipped?

You can cancel your order by clicking on the ‘My Orders’ section of your Seniority account and then select ‘Cancel Order’ against it.

+ My order has been shipped. How can I cancel it?

+ How will you refund the amount for the cancelled order? How long will it take?

In the case of cancelled orders, refunds for orders paid using the Cash on Delivery option are processed within 3-5 working days from the date of approval of refund. In the case of refunds for orders paid using prepaid options, the refund amount will be credited to your bank account within 7-10 working days. Effectively, it takes up to 2 weeks for completion of refund requests for cancelled orders.
