How to apply

The customer can book the test online by visiting our website or downloading the app

From the website/app the customer searches for diagnostic test/s or package which he/she wants to get done

After selecting the test/s or package, the customer needs to register using his/her mobile no.
After successful verification of mobile no., the customer provides details like Name, Age, Gender and Mobile no
Then the customer provides the address from where the sample needs to be collected
Then the customer selects the date and time slot when he/she wants to get the test done
After providing the details, the customer is given the option to make the payment out of the following options – COD, Payment app like PayTM, Mobikwik, Net Banking, credit cards/Debit cards
The customer can also apply the promotional coupon/discount also before making the final payment. Also, if the customer wishes to opt for a hard copy of the report , then that also can be selected from here.
Once the payment is made, the customer gets a confirmation of the booking along with with the details - Package/test selected, date & time when the sample needs to be collected
