The Evergreen Rewards program is designed to let you earn points on allheaderFaq your product purchases from Seniority. You can redeem those points towards your next purchase to save more. You can move up to higher tiers by shopping more and earning more points. The higher your tier, the greater your rewards.
The tier structure for both prepaid and COD orders is as given below -
1 reward point = 1 rupee
*Above mentioned structure is subject to change, however reward points will be credited based on the policy fixed at the time of order placement.
Tiers are based on earnings in a particular year. The tier status remains the same at the beginning of each year, but you will be upgraded to a higher tier status as soon as you earn the required points in the new year. However, if there is no activity i.e purchase of a product in the new year to maintain your tier status, you will be downgraded at the beginning of the next cycle (year) based on the points earned in the previous year. But your previously earned reward points remain the same.
For example -
If 100 points are required for the Gold tier and you currently have 100 before the year ends (in the gold tier), then in January once the new year starts, you will remain in the gold tier. You will still have the 100 points as your rewards balance which can be utilized.
As soon as you earn the required points (200) for the next tier, you will be upgraded to in the above case - Platinum and will be able to avail Platinum benefits. However, if there is no activity i.e purchase of a product in the new year, your tier status will be downgraded (Gold to Silver) at the beginning of the next cycle (year), but your previously earned reward points (100) remains the same.

Being a part of the program offers customers the chance to earn and redeem reward points to save while purchasing a product from Seniority.
To upgrade to the gold tier status, you have to earn 100 points or more in a calendar year.
To upgrade to the platinum tier status, you have to earn 200 points or more in a calendar year.
a. Purchase - For every purchase you make, you earn reward points based on your current tier. Only once an order has been delivered and the return period has expired, you will receive reward points.
b. Welcome Bonus - Enjoy a one-time bonus of 10 reward points, on your first purchase or sign up.
c. Reviews - Earn reward points for writing reviews about your purchased products. Once your review has been verified by Seniority, 10 reward points (per review) will be credited to your account.
d. Referrals - Once a referred customer has successfully registered an account with Seniority using the referral link shared by you, both the referred customer and you will receive 5 reward points (per referral).
The reward points earned via any of the above mentioned methods, except purchase activities can only be redeemed and do not define your tier status.
Once the order is successfully delivered and the return/exchange period has expired, the reward points will be credited to your account. Your pending reward points will reflect in the history section of the Refer and Earn page under the status ‘pending’. However, if the product cannot be returned or exchanged, the reward points will reflect after a successful delivery.
No, there is no limit to the number of people you can refer to earn reward points in a calendar year.
You can refer any individual that has not previously signed up on Seniority and is not currently a customer.

After you have logged into your account, you can track the status of your referral points in the rewards history section under - My accounts or rewards landing page.
You will also receive emails and SMS notifications each time reward points get credited or redeemed, along with your points balance.

Yes, you can refer customers in any country.Please note: Seniority ships products across India only.
Once you sign up on Seniority, you will be assigned a unique referral link that can be shared. Your referral link will reflect in the Refer and Earn section once you log into your account and go to Reward Points Page.
You can share your unique referral link via email, SMS, Whatsapp or through any social media platform. The referred customer will have to click on that link, and they will be guided through the sign up process.
Once you are on the cart page, you will be able to view the maximum amount of reward points that you can redeem on the current purchase.
A minimum of 5 points is required to redeem in a single transaction.
Yes, there is a limit to the number of reward points that can be redeemed during one transaction. The maximum number of reward points that can be redeemed will appear on the cart page.
Yes, accumulated reward points will expire when no products are being purchased for a period of 6 months under the Seniority Evergreen Rewards Program. Acquired reward points not redeemed by the end of the specified 6 months will expire.
For example - If you purchase a product in January and earn 50 reward points, these points will expire in August (6 months).
Now if you make another purchase in March and earn 100 reward points, both these 50 + 100 reward points will expire in September (valid for a period of 6 months from the time of your last purchase i.e March in the above example.) Here, the expiry date of your points are determined based on the date of order placement and not when the order has been successfully delivered and the return period has expired.
Also, even if your order gets cancelled or returned, the last date of purchase will be taken into consideration to calculate the expiry date of your reward points.
No, reward points that have expired cannot be re-credited.

Any reward points earned from an exchange order are credited based on the amount paid for the exchange request. Reward points are credited to your account, only once the shipment containing the ‘exchanged product’ is delivered, and the return period for the ‘exchanged product’ has expired. Until then reward points are not credited to your account and remain in pending status
If you return a product that previously earned you points, once the refund process is complete, the points earned will not be added to your account. During the return process, the points will reflect in the 'pending status’ and once the return process is complete, it will be deducted and showcased as a negative transaction.
