The Seniority - RPG iPhone X contest is open to all employees of RPG group who register for the contest on the website’s landing page www.seniority.in/seniorityrpg and are legal residents of India above 18 years of age. The customers who wish to participate in the contest will have to register on the landing page by providing their email id, mobile number, and other details and have to accept these terms and conditions. This contest shall not be applicable and open to the employees of Seniority Ltd.
The contest is an online shopping contest and shall be based on who shops the most on Seniority.in website through the contest period, using the 10% discount coupon code/s provided when they register for the contest. The contest shall be valid for shopping done during the period commencing from 11th May 2018 at 00.01 a.m. and ending on 20th June 2018 at 11.59 p.m using the coupon codes.
Based on the customers shopping the maximum during the month using the contest coupon codes, three winners will be chosen and announced on 20th November 2017. For the purpose of adjudging the total shopping amount of the customers through the month, a sale will be constituted only once payment has been received against the purchase.
The winners shall be announced on the website and personal emails shall also be sent to the winners. In case of a tie, the winner shall be decided randomly.
Over and above all participants will receive assured gifts (these prizes shall be at the sole discretion of Seniority).
The prizes shall be given only to the customers who shop for at least one item using the 10% discount coupon code and not on mere registration. For this purpose, also a sale will be constituted only once payment has been received against the purchase.
At the end of the contest, the winners will receive an email either requiring them to share the address at which they want the prizes to be delivered or requiring them to collect the prizes from the address of Seniority. The vouchers/gifts/hamper will thereafter either be delivered to the winners over email or at the address shared by them or may have to be collected from the Seniority address. The winners should share their address/collect the prizes within 7 days of receipt of the email from Seniority. If the prizes are not availed within the above timelines then Seniority shall not be liable thereafter to give any of the prizes. Seniority reserves the right to deal, in its sole discretion, with any prizes which are unclaimed or not availed within the given timelines.
The prizes for the Contest will be given to the winner(s) as set out in their respective terms. The winner(s) must accept their Prize on those terms. The prizes cannot be sold or transferred to any other person. The prizes shall only include what is mentioned in their terms and any other expenses shall not be the liability of Seniority and shall have to be borne by the winners.
Seniority’s decision regarding the winners, the prizes and the terms and conditions thereof shall be final and binding.
Notwithstanding anything contrary contained in any other terms and conditions applicable to purchases on Seniority.in,
a) No refund will be given on items purchased during the contest month except in case of any material damages. In case of material damages only exchange would be possible subject to the terms and conditions as applicable for exchange of those items.
b) The 7-10 days delivery timeline of Seniority may not be adhered to in few cases of deliveries to some pin codes.
The contest may require Seniority to seek and access personal information provided by the customers including personal names, email id, address, mobile number etc. By participating in the contest, the customers provide their consent to receiving any communications over the phone or email id or otherwise from Seniority and also such third parties.
Entry in the contest is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. The entrants acknowledge that they have read and understood these terms and conditions. The entrants also acknowledge that Seniority shall have the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and by entering into the contest the entrants agree to be bound by any amended terms. These terms and conditions shall be in addition to any terms and conditions of the Website, which are already in operation..
Under no circumstance shall Seniority or its affiliates and subsidiaries and/or their directors, employees, officers, affiliates or subsidiaries, be liable to the contestant/user and/or any third party for any direct losses or any lost profits or lost opportunity, indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages whatsoever, arising due to the contest or the prizes.
Each entrant acknowledges that elements of the Prize may be provided by third parties over whom Seniority has no control, and acknowledges that Seniority has no responsibility or liability for any costs, losses or damages resulting from any factors related to such prizes. Seniority shall not be responsible for any cancellations, change of dates or any other such circumstances arising with respect to the holiday packages or any other such prizes offered.
Neither Seniority nor any third party offering any prizes shall be liable for any expenses beyond those that are agreed in the terms and conditions of the prizes/packages. The holiday package offered includes only costs of stay and air tickets to and fro from the nearest airport (nearest airport to be determined by Seniority). The air tickets shall be chosen and booked by Seniority for the dates chosen by the winner. Any other expenses including without limitation local travel, meals etc. will be borne by the winner themselves. The availing of the vouchers shall be subject to the terms and conditions as shall be mentioned thereon or those that shall be separately mailed to the winners.
Prize values are based upon the retail prices at the time of printing (inclusive of GST). Seniority accepts no responsibility for change in Prize value between the date of the contest and the ultimate prize redemption date. Seniority shall not be liable for any tax liability that may arise to the entrant or winners in relation to the contest or the prizes.
Seniority shall not be responsible for any incorrect user information of the entrants. Seniority shall also not be liable if, for any reason, including any computer virus, technical failures or any other causes it is unable to run the contest as planned.
Seniority retains the right to disqualify any entrant from the contest if there has been any breach by the entrant of any of the terms.
(a) Any provision of the Terms that is prohibited or unenforceable under any laws is ineffective as to the extent of that prohibition or unenforceability. That does not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of the Terms.
(b) The law applicable to the Terms is the law of India and the Courts of Mumbai will have exclusive jurisdiction in case of any dispute arising out of or in relation to the Contest.
(c) Seniority shall not be liable for any delay in performing, or failing to perform, any or all of its obligations resulting from any cause beyond its reasonable control in the nature of fire, explosions, natural calamities, state emergency, riots etc.
