Description

The TigerFIT Pro is a smart personal safety device which allows health monitoring. It is equipped with a SOS Button, GPS tracker, heart rate and BP monitor, fall sensor, etc. It is the most compact personal safety and health monitoring device in India. The GPS allows you to track the location of your family members using your smartphone. The SOS button allows to send emergency alert notification to your family members and automatically dials a voice call to the pre-saved emergency numbers. Using this smart wearable device, one can measure heart rate and blood pressure which will automatically get saved and generate daily report graph. The fall sensor will send alert notifications to the saved emergency contact numbers.

How to use TigerFIT Pro - GPS Smartwatch with BP monitor, Fall sensor, Cell phone

  • Please check the ID number of this product in the label of external box
  • Before powering on: Please insert GSM network Nano SIM card (Which can support one of the network modes: GSM 850,900,1800,1900MHZ, with caller ID function and buy a monthly mobile internet / data pack from your mobile operators (it must be GPRS traffic, not less than 30 MB/month traffic package)
  • This locator doesn't support 3G and 4G
  • Press the power button for 3 seconds or more until the device turns on
  • You can press the auto button to choose from four preset massage choices (P1, P2, P3 and P4)
  • To power off - Without the sim card - Long press the power button for 3 seconds to power off
  • With SIM card: Short time press the power button 10 times to power off or use the APP by entering Settings and selecting the remote shutdown

6. What are the real time tracking modes?

The modes can be selected through the application-

  • Rapid positioning (1 minute): equipment updates location information at 1-minute intervals. However, we don’t suggest choosing the rapid positioning mode, because the battery will drain sooner than the standard mode.
  • Standard positioning (10 minutes): equipment updates location information according to the time of 10 minutes interval. We suggest selecting this one.
  • Save electricity positioning (an hour): equipment updates location information in a one-hour time interval. This mode is ideal for saving the battery life.

7. What is the battery capacity?

It is a 500mAh battery.

8. How many numbers can be added to the whitelist?

Maximum 5 contact numbers can be set, only the phone numbers in whitelist can call this watch.

9. How many numbers can be added to the phonebook?

Maximum 15 contact numbers can be set in the phonebook.

10. How does the SOS emergency call function?

If you have set up the family number (SOS number, maximum two), the FitPro will dial the family number when you long press the power/ SOS button. If the first number answers, it will not dial the second number. If the first family number does not answer, it will dial the second number automatically.

11. For how long does the route history stay recorded?

The device will keep a record of 3 months of route information. If two GPS positioning points are very close to each other in the historical route data, the redundant one will be deleted automatically.

12. Can you send voice messages from the FitPro to the application and vice versa?

Yes, you can send voice messages -

  • To send a voice message from the application to the FitPro: From the application (APP voice) hold the button to talk and then release the button to send. (Note: the maximum length of a voice message can be up to 15 seconds. User can swipe up finger to cancel voice recording.
  • To send a voice message from the FitPro to the application: click on the talk icon, hold to talk and then release to send.

13. How does the fall detection alarm function?

From the application settings – select fall alarm, open fall alarm/fall call alarm. Please note that after switching on the fall detection alarm, if the watch detects any kind of ‘fall’, it will issue an alert. If the call alarm is also turned on, the watch will also call the admin number. The watch will wait for 30 seconds before initiating a call-in case of false alarms and also gives you the option to ‘cancel’ the alert.
