It is a highly versatile and ambient product and can be used across hospitals, schools, retail stores, corporate offices and homes. When used in an enclosed area, it reaches all open spaces. It is extremely safe to use and emits no harmful UV radiation. It helps disinfect the room and eliminates bacteria, virus, fungi, micro fine dust and VOCs, and deodorizes the room. It has a compact and ergonomic design which beautifully fits the room. It isn’t a noisy device and produces noise less than 30 db. Wellisair is equipped with a touch screen display and indicators, making it easy and effective to use. It has two control buttons, one is the ON/OFF button to start or stop the unit and the other is Night mode, which reduces the fan speed and turns off the air quality LED indicator light while the unit is on. The device abolishes bad smell and leaves your surroundings odourless. It reduces PM1, PM5 and PM10 particles from the air and reduces potential allergens.
There are two installation options: Using a freestanding base or a wall bracket.
It is recommended to position the unit at a height of 1.5 metres (150 cm) approx. Also, maintain a minimum distance of 60 cm from any other wall or ceiling.
It is preferable to position your unit in a ventilated room for its maximum purifying power.

1. How does Wellisair work?
Wellisair is equipped with a touch screen display and indicators, making it easy and effective for use. It also detects the unit's current condition. There are two control buttons for using this unit:
ON/OFF: Touch to start or stop the unit
Night mode: This function will reduce the fan speed and turn-off the air quality LED indicator light while the unit is still ON
2. What maintenance does Wellisair require?
There are just two simple maintenance tasks that need to be carried out regularly:
3. What should I do if the warning indicator light has come on?
If the warning light is displaying, this can indicate two problems:
4. Can Wellisair be connected to a 12V power outlet, like those used for cars?
Yes, this is possible, if you have an outlet that uses a standard power cable and connector jack which perfectly fits the unit's own connector.
5. How much space can Wellisair purify and disinfect?
Wellisair can purify an area of around 60 square metre (or 300 cubic metre), providing enough air circulation to allow the hydroxyl radicals to reach all corner areas of the room it has been installed in.
However, Wellisair works by generating a chain of effects to purify and amplify the total area being disinfected, increasing the total magnitude of the area to be cleansed.
6. Given that Hydroxyl Radicals work using a chain reaction, if we switch off the unit after it has been left running for a while, will this chain reaction continue to clean the air and surfaces?
No, the chain of reaction won't last very long after the unit has been turned off. The average lifespan of a Hydroxyl Radical is 100 picoseconds. You need to maintain the reaction from the very beginning, as it gradually declines due to the inactivation of the pathogens themselves until there are none left.
7. How does Wellisair eliminate viruses and bacteria?
Wellisair comes with an Advanced Oxidation Process (AOP) based on Reactive Oxygen and Nitrogen Species (RONS) technology, more specifically the Hydroxyl Radicals (OH-). These reagents oxidize the membranes of viruses and bacteria, producing a chain effect that accelerates the death of viruses and bacteria. Additionally, once the membrane has been penetrated, it oxidizes the genetic information of these microorganisms, which at the end makes them inactive.
There are only three bacteria that have an antioxidant system, although it's not sufficiently powerful to fight against the Wellisair advanced oxidation effect. Therefore, these bacteria will also be neutralised.
8. How does it eliminate odours?
The odours we can smell are called Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), these are released in gaseous form in the air upon changing state from a liquid or a solid. Wellisair technology cleanly breaks down into completely odourless elements.
9. Is it ok for a person to be around a unit in operation 24-hours a day?
Yes, it has no harmful effect on people. The human body possesses a triple antioxidant protective system.
10. If someone suffers from an immunodeficiency disorder which affects their immune system, could Wellisair be harmful to that person?
No, quite the opposite, as it would help them keep the air free from pathogens which could inflame their condition.
