Description

This Wrist Splint Ambidextrous by Tynor immobilizes the wrist in the dorsi-flexion/functional position while allowing full range of motion to fingers and thumb. It compresses and retains the body heat to allay the local pain and inflammation. The product can be removed to permit, therapy sessions, washing and hygiene. It fits both left and right hand because of the customizable splints. It helps keep the thumb in abduction position to reduce fatigue and improve healing. It is made from high quality elastic webbed material that is porous and well ventilated. It also has the soft feel and is comfortable to wear.

Wash Care Instructions:

  • It is recommended to close hook loop fasteners before washing
  • Hand wash with mild detergent, with water below 30°C without wringing
  • Dry in shade on a flat surface
  • Do not dry-clean, iron or bleach

    How to use Wrist Splint Ambidextruous - Tynor

    • Take out the aluminum splints one by one
    • Match the contours of the splint to the contours of the wrist according to the degree of dorsi flexion required
    • The customized splint is then pushed back into the splint pocket, so that the splint comes on the palm side of the hand
    • Place the injured hand in the tubular opening of the splint
    • Align it with the palmer crease on the top
    • Place the thumb in the thumb opening and adjust to a comfortable position
    • Fasten the hook and loop rejoinders to achieve comfortable compression
